BEC, Ltd is licensed and credentialed to ensure the highest level of professional design services regarding new and/or existing building construction. Our design services are specialized toward roofs, walls, and foundations. BEC can provide turn-key project services including but not limited to plans, specifications, bid management, construction administration, and closeout processes which meet the needs of property owners, insurers, general contractors, etc. throughout the built environment.
Plans
BEC, Ltd has in-house design engineers, architects and experienced drafters who can rapidly develop necessary structural, and/or architectural sheets with necessary details for the purpose of contractor bidding and/or obtaining building permits. BEC, Ltd can assist with conceptual design, pre-design (DD), final design (CD). Our attention to detail regarding air, moisture, insulation, ventilation and material compatibility leads its industry peers.
